Service Description

LEVEL A1 *Please notice, the pre requisite for this class is "TUTTO BENE 1" or basic vocabulary Italian (greeting, how to introduce yourself, essere and avere verb) This introductory course teaches the fundamentals that will allow you to speak, read and write basic Italian. We teach grammar principles and delve into irregular verbs, at the present tense, possessive adjectives and prepositions. We also explore Italian culture through conversation, readings and other grammar exercises, including audio and video. Acquire an authentic knowledge of Italian through our emphasis on pronunciation and idiomatic expression. Please notice, this is held on zoom and the time is set as CST. If you have not received an email confirm the zoom code, you will receive access to zoom a few days prior to the beginning of this course. What you will need: 1. Access to padlet after teacher's set up. 2. Books: Tutto Bene 2 (Provided electronically by teacher or avaialbeto purchase through our resources page ) 3. Pen, paper and good attitude. Please note: class requires a minimum of 8 students, so we reserve the right to cancel the event (and provide a refund), should the minimum not be reached *We want to foster a positive, all-inclusive environment so controversial topics are going to be excluded. We also encourage you to treat your fellow Italian lovers with respect by talking when it's your turn and not judging anyone's skill level! *Please be aware that each teacher has her own individual style and way of communicating material to students.
