Join other foodies, cooks, and Italophiles for a class of cooking authentic Italian recipes AND speaking & learning Italian! I’m so excited about the third collaboration with Paulette Licitra. Read all about her on "Our Team" page. This new recipe is the most fun so far! In this small group class, we'll cook together Paulette's favorite Italian recipes, AND Viviana will teach us what we’re doing in Italian!— Names of foods, cooking terms for techniques and equipment, expressions and wishes related to cooking, eating, and dining. It’s gonna be a blast! When? September 21st at 3.00 pm for about 4 hours (at a private location in Bellevue) Menu: Butternut Squash Gnocchi in Butter-Sage Sauce & Roasted Mushrooms Pork Tenderloin with Fennel Pollen & Roasted Shallots *Wine, Focaccia, and a Dessert included* Price includes all materials (recipe in English and Italian) & dinner we will share. We'll cook together, then dine together and enjoy.
