Join fellow foodies, home chefs, and Italophiles for a unique hands-on class where we’ll prepare authentic Italian recipes and dive into the beauty of the Italian language—in collaboration with chef Paulette Licitra. This month’s theme? “Aperitivo a Venezia!” We’re bringing the charm of Venice to Nashville with a flavorful lineup of cicchetti (Venetian-style small bites), variations of the iconic Spritz, and Paulette’s famous Riviera Focaccia with Rosemary and Olives—the one everyone always asks for! 💰 $125 per person includes: ✔️ All materials and ingredients ✔️ Recipes in English and Italian ✔️ Wine, spritz, and food MUST BE 18 OR OVER to participate In this small-group class, you’ll: ➡️ Cook Paulette’s delicious Italian aperitivo recipes ➡️ Learn Italian with Viviana—ingredient names, kitchen tools, verbs, expressions, and food traditions, all in Italian! It’s the perfect way to savor the tastes and sounds of Italy in a fun, immersive setting! 🗓️ When: Saturday, April 12th at 3 PM (approximately 4 hours) 📍 Where: Private home in Bellevue (address provided upon registration) Menu Highlights: ✨ Riviera Focaccia with Rosemary and Olives ✨ 5 Classic Cicchetti Veneziani (think: polpette, crostini...) ✨ Spritz variations (Aperol, Select, and a surprise twist!)
