Join fellow foodies, home chefs, and Italophiles for a unique class where we’ll prepare authentic Italian recipes and get into the beauty of the Italian language in collaboration with Paulette Licitra. This month’s theme? "Carnevale a Venezia"! We'll be preparing two traditional Venetian recipes, enjoyed during the festive Carnival season. Join us for a taste of Venice and a great Italian learning experience! 💰 $125 pp includes: all materials and ingredients, the recipes in English and in Italian, wine and food! *MUST BE 18 AND OVER* to partecipate In this small-group class, we’ll: ➡️ Cook Paulette’s favorite Italian recipes, ➡️ Learn Italian with Viviana, who will teach you the names of ingredients, cooking techniques, equipment, and delightful expressions tied to food and dining. It’s an immersive, fun-filled way to savor the tastes and sounds of Italy! Details: When? Saturday, March 8th, starting at 3 PM (approximately 4 hours) Where? Private location in Bellevue (address provided upon registration) Menu: Maccheroni di Casanova Radicchio salad Focaccia Chiacchiere, cenci, crostoli (itailan fried dough dessert of Carnevale) Glass of prosecco, white wine and red wine Let’s cook, learn, and feast together! 🌟
